Join us at The Louis for our annual International Women’s Day special, celebrating women, trans and gender-diverse artists across music and visual art! ZIPLOCK ‘Synth chaos intertwined with heavy basslines and electrifying rhythms. Featuring members of Fat Dog and born out of London’s Windmill scene’ NOBODY'S DAD Wrapped in the Bristol music scene are Nobody’s Dad: an artistic blend of shoegaze, alternative rock, and indie, hitting hard with gritty guitars and pounding drums, juxtaposed with delicate vocals and lyrical hooks. Through their honest songwriting, the band share real life experiences - weaving relationships, mental health, and coming of age in post 2020 Britain. Having supported Kate Nash and received airplay by Steve Lamacq on BBC Radio 6, Nobody’s Dad are quickly becoming a promising and refreshing new sound as they break further onto the scene. HORSEFAIR Horsefair are a post-rock and art-punk six piece honing sharp turns and towering swells of noise down to a science. Horsefair channels the unnerving power of PJ Harvey, the hypnotic chamber rock of Godspeed You! Black Emperor, and the post-rock edge of Mogwai. In a single breath, the band can whip a crowd into a frenzy and then subdue them into hushed, cathedral-like stillness. LIMITED LTD Limited Ltd are a DIY femme-led punk outfit hailing from Bristol. Creating passionate, political music about experiences of isolation, discrimination and disadvantage. Inspired by bands like Wire and the Raincoats, Limited Ltd embrace punk vocals with DIY Instrumentals whilst integrating influences from bands like Electrelane.
