Into The Woods are a Bristol-based four-piece playing upbeat, modern folk with an emphasis on melody, harmony and positivity. Vocals, bouzouki, melodica and guitars combine to create a shimmering, sunny mix that welcomes and rewards the adventurous.
Expect a broad mix of styles and influences, with an end product being a Venn diagram of Radiohead, First Aid Kit and Beirut with flashes of afrobeat and jazz. Throughout it all, the focus is on bittersweet melodies, musicianship and expert song crafting.
The group have played a number of successful performances at Bristol venues and festivals, drawing plaudits from audiences and promoters. Going from strength to strength, they are gathering fans and admirers with every uniquely charming live performance.
