We're over the moon to be bringing jape to Bristol on his tour of Europe. The album (mixed by Caribou) sounds amazing and with some of the support bands we've got in mind, this is going to be a really fun night.

Having won the Choice Music Prize for the Best Irish Album twice (the only act to do so in the history of the award), the strength of jape's first two singles to be

taken from'This Chemical Sea' certainly leaves the group as likely contenders to pick up the prize for a staggering third time.

Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, and now calling Sweden home; Jape began as the solo moniker of Richie Egan formerly of Redneck Manifesto - and has evolved over the past 6 years into one of the most exciting live acts in Europe.
