+ Myer U Clark, Martha Fay

Captivating and at times cutting, Eva Penney has always been honest in her music, constantly treading an uneasy line between metaphor and truth. With a sound inspired by alternative and acoustic folk, the electronic and DIY elements weaved into her recordings and performances create a unique and warming listening experience. Her debut EP was released in April 2023 - a collection of stripped-back voice memo recordings, keeping to her ethos of emotional transparency for both herself and her audience.

In September 2023, Eva was featured on BBC Introducing, announcing a limited release of 40 DIY EP CDs, including bonus demos, one of which (“7sa”) was played on the station. Alongside the demos, these CDs also included a handmade lyric story booklet. Due to high demand, they sold out within 24 hours of release.

Eva has been gigging consistently since moving to Bristol in 2022, recently supporting Ethan P. Flynn on his Bristol Tour Date at The Louisiana and performing headline shows at both The Crofters Rights and The Louisiana.

Entry requirements: 18+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
