The False Idols are a three-piece from Swansea, based in Bristol. They take the hazy groove and Manchester swagger of early Verve and Happy Mondays and turn it into something that feels current. Psych-tinged guitars, strong hooks, they are without a doubt a headline worth a pretty penny. With the backing of two great emerging acts, adders putting a modern swing on alt rock blending melodic vocals and driving guitar hooks with a sharp contemporary edge, and Athera, emerging Bristol talent blending strong indie vocals with hard hitting drums and strong driven guitars.
