distance over time is an alternative pop band based in Bristol. Fusing pop melodies with genre-redefining song writing and instrumentation, the band have taken inspiration from acts such as The 1975, The Cure, Radiohead, and many more. “dot” is a band for those who absorb all manners of music and style.

Ali Austin, originally from Mid- Wales is now based in Bristol. Ali Austin released her long-awaited debut single “I Can’t Breathe” on the 1st of March 2024. Following the release, she performed and was interviewed live on “Rebel On The Radio” on BCfm radio.

Ali also earned herself an artist spotlight feature with Bristol 24\7. In a world hungry for genuine and emotive music, Ali Austin emerges as a refreshing and mesmerising talent in the R&B genre. With her soulful voice, introspective songwriting, and influences that range from Olivia Dean to Yebba and Lianne La Havas, she paves her path, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who listen.
