We’re delighted to welcome Newcastle’s Cobalt Studios, Rooted in DIY culture and community spirit, Cobalt has become an essential part of the North East’s underground music and arts scene. 

As a collective that champions the same values this invitation is a no brainer. They bring down a very talented array of residents in PIP, Weston and Leo Robin. 

PIP and Weston also being residents for North-easts cultural power Shy Bairns, a Newcastle-based collective working across electronic music, fashion and youth development. The group has hosted a Boiler Room Newcastle room takeover and runs Get Nowt, an education and artist-development programme for young people. 

Leo Robin also runs Spotty Dog, a late-night in stable in Newcastle. Also, exploring sounds from across the electronic music spectrum.
