Sticky Plastik, originally conceived as a series of events specializing in minimal techno and house genres, was founded in 2018 by visionary curator Marcelina Wick. Over the subsequent years, it has seamlessly evolved into a thriving record label, making a resounding impact within the underground music scene in 2022 with its inaugural release. The debut offering, a split E.P. featuring the talents of both Lamalice and Marcelina Wick, was masterfully released and distributed through Subwax, promptly achieving a sold-out
status. The label's second release showcased a solo E.P. by the gifted artist Prince de Takicardie, further elevating the imprint's profile and solidifying its reputation.
