WAXSLAX Holding Patterns, Modern Ritual & Pork Pie at The Mothers Ruin
£4otd

A gig held at The Mothers Ruin on Saturday 23rd February. The event starts at 20:00.

Holding Patterns

https://holdingpatterns.bandcamp.com/releases

Holding Patterns (3/5 of Crash of Rhinos) are embarking on their first run of UK shows following the release of their debut track 'At Speed'. Continuing the raging, passionate intensity from CoR, they bring their intense live show to Bristol for the first time.

Modern Rituals

https://modernrituals.bandcamp.com/

Modern Rituals are a four-person band from Bristol and London, supporting the release of their first full-length – 2018’s The Light That Leaks In, out on cult UK indie Holy Roar. Listen to it, and you’ll hear a surprising, noisy indie rock record both in love with its forebears and uncomfortable settling for normal.

Pork Pie

https://tiny.cc/porkpie

Pork pie are an indie post-punk three-piece hailing from the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare, an interesting band caught somewhere between raucous waves of post-punk rock and a misunderstood British picnic treat. Emotionally reeling you in far enough just to smack you over the head with a big slab of pie.
