#3 ✨ at The Old England Pub

A gig held at The Old England Pub on Friday 29th November. The event starts at 19:30.

This month we're bringing some slightly weirder stuff to the Old E - Oskar's personal current top picks in the Bristol scene

SUNGLASZ VENDOR ~ https://www.instagram.com/sunglasz.vendor/
Formed from members of Bristol's avant-garde underbelly (Bingo Fury, Ex Agent, Big Fuss, GRANDCHILD) at the start of 2023, Sunglasz Vendor sees devout experimentalists turn to embrace the eternal comforts of rock radio hooks, pensive emo, and Kerrang! angst.

EVO ETHEL ~ https://www.instagram.com/evo_ethel/
Merging elements of musique concrète and electroacoustic experimentation, Bristol-based-Welsh sound artist Evo Ethel (of Ex Agent, Foot Foot, and Zalizo) combines acoustic instrumentation and field recordings, looping and processing them electronically to create obscured industrial soundscapes that explore themes of refuge and peril.

+ new student artist
ADJUA ~ https://www.instagram.com/adjuade/
Indie folk singer/ songwriter with jazz and folk influences, lyrics speaking to love and experience of adolescence. Musical inspiration from Searows, Cleo sol, Olivia Dean & RUBII

Our mission is to connect student artists to the wider Bristol scene, while introducing you all to the best new up-and-coming musicians. Each gig will host a mix of our favourite established artists and some brand new student acts. If you're a student who makes music and wants to perform it live, we want to hear from you! Upload videos/audio to our demos form and we might be in touch...
