Myer U Clark (frontman) -
When asked what drives him to create and perform music, Myer U Clark would respond by saying ‘I’m interested in musical jank, that’s what motivates me. I gave up trying to be a perfectionist years ago because all creatures are made perfect.’ U Clark stresses that feelings should always come first when songwriting.

U Clark has drawn inspiration from guitarists such as John Renbourn, Skip James and Nick Drake. He always puts his signature jank on it to make it rugged.

The Bristol folk scene inspires his quick, jarring performances. The stage becomes a place where the heartfelt feelings expressed in his lyrics can be acted out through unplanned movements and characters. This is something that in part comes from Myer’s time spent on stage as a child. He was Jack in Jack and the Beanstalk.

Acres and Acres (Guitarist) -
A man and a pedalboard using glitch delays, loops and other effects to make some off-kilter songs. Inspirations drawn from: Free Jazz, folk, film soundtracks, ambient, post-punk.

Ben Machin (Drummer) -
Pop melodic guitar driven music with some electronic aspects. Themes of love, loneliness, and the complexities of all kinds of relationships.

Louis Spanton (Bassist) -
Louis will do some covers of Charlie XCX.

Entry requirements: 18+
