Blowin' a Hooley at The Old Malthouse

A gig on Sunday 22nd December. The event starts at 15:00.

Fitty Gomash and friends will be bringing a Christmas ceilidh Blowin’ a Hooley spectacular to The Old Malthouse on 22nd December. In the afternoon (3-5.30pm) we will be throwing the doors open for a family ceilidh, kids and mums and dads and grannys and everyone else welcome. We will be dancing some family favourites, singing some christmas songs, and playing some games, all to the sound of Fitty Gomash’s fun and uplifting tunes. We would love this to be a an all-colour festive occasion, so and we would love you to come bedecked in your finest jumpers, tinsels and sparkles and baubels. All ages welcome! In the evening, from 7.30pm, you can expect all the sights smells moves and grooves of a hoe-down Hooley in a Scottish castle, with rip-roaring melodies from around the British Isles to get those tootsies tapping, those dosies do’d and those partners swung to the rafters. What better way to usher in the Christmas spirits than with a chaotic festive swing a long with Bristol’s favourite yuletide ceilidh band?! This is raucous festive ceilidh action at its most joyous, as only the Gomash know how, bring your dancing shoes! Tickets are £5 for children and £10 for adults. Those adults wanting to come to both sittings can buy a combined ticket for £15.
