Join us this sunday for an electrifying evening of jazz lead by dynamic drummer Ryan Thrupp. Since his graduation from the Royal Welsh School Ryan has quickly gained a reputation as one of Bristol's top Jazz drummers, playing with the likes of Ant Law, Xhose Cole, Vasilis Xenopouslous and Denny Illett and performing at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Glastonbury festival.
Ryan will be joined by Jonathan Westhorp and Nick Kacal to perform some of Ryan's arrangements of standards in a contemporary Jazz styling before welcoming guests to join for a jam session in set 2.
Expect an evening of vibrant interplay, improvisation, and groove.
