CAREFUL, SPIDER: Formed in a fugue of frustration by Daniel Davis (of The Telescopes and One Unique Signal) during the lockdown of 2020, Stroud-based post-rockers Careful, Spider have since built a self-contained cosmos from pulsing slabs of dark, melodic drone leavened with shafts of shimmering dreampop and blissed-out dub. It's a heady mix, dive in and go with the flow.
