See event details

A event held at The Tobacco Factory on Thursday 24th July. The event starts at 19:30.

The People's Comedy live from the Tobacco Factory Tent & Terrace Garden!
(cafe/bar outside space on the ground floor).

After 7 years of platforming revolutionary comedy (think non-commercial/original/didactic comedy with a message), and paying out tens of thousands of pounds to grassroots talent, we're pleased to be bringing our night to the Tobacco Factory's Tent and Terrace space again!

Comedians include!:
Sam Michael ✅ ("A local comedy legend" - BBC Wiltshire)
Steve Bisland ✅(as seen on HBO's Chernobyl)
Alice India ✅ (2Northdown comedy competition finalist)
Jess Lo✅ (“Unique voice” - Jayde Adams)
Mary Flanigan ✅ (Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2023 nominee)
Richard Dadd ✅ (2022 Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent Award nominee)

Jasmine Darling as MC ✅ (Bristol-based, exponentially soaring comic)

Winner Best Pro Comedy Night, and Best Live Comedy Format for Wales & the West (Chortle, 2025)

Winner Best Comedy Format in Britain for Midlands and the West (Chortle, 2024)

Winner Best Themed Comedy Night in Britain outside of London (Chortle, 2023)

Spectacular (as always) comedians to be announced!

The Terrace bar will be open from 6:30 p.m.

The more we make through tickets sales the more we are able to pay our comedians via our equal pay structure, however we never want price to be a barrier for people accessing the art of stand-up comedy, so we are selling some tickets at a reduced rate. Please only buy these if you cannot afford the general ticket price, to help make our night's the most accessible they can be.

Book in advance to ensure you get a ticket, peace, and see you soon!

Entry requirements: 18+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
