Seed Guardians - 1pm at The Trinity Centre

A event held at The Trinity Centre on Friday 11th October. The event starts at 13:00.

Leilani Mahachi has dedicated her life to protecting the planet. But now, after standing up to powerful forces, she lies in a UK hospital, far from her home in Zimbabwe.

Her granddaughter Zahra, determined to uncover the truth, takes up her fight. Together with two friends, Zahra confronts the 'Toxic Cartel'—corporate giants controlling seeds and food production—threatening the basic right to food.

Mandala Theatre Company presents Seed Guardians, a powerful new play blending storytelling, innovative staging, and social justice. This play highlights seed guardianship as well as the struggle for food sovereignty, both globally and in the UK, where millions rely on food banks to survive.
