Honeyfeet, Nuala Honan, Binbag Wisdom, DJ Dad & Sally Jenkinson.

With generous support from Trinity Community Arts this event is a fundraiser for the fantastic Misfits Theatre Company - providing creative opportunities for people with learning disabilities in Bristol.

'I love this crazy place and these people. I'm a performer.' Nick (Misfits actor).

Honeyfeet - Bristol’s favourite Mancunian export, touching blues, folk, soul, funk, jazz, hip hop and rock. Someone once called it ‘folk-hop and barrelhouse-pop’. They've spent 8 years tearing up festivals, theatres & clubs far & wide. It helps that they are fronted by Ríoghnach Connolly, Real World’s newest signing and “a remarkable singer and flautist who can ease from Irish traditional influences to soul.” (The Guardian).

Honeyfeet are proud to be part of the Wah Wah 45 family. The single “Sinner” was released in October 2017, with “Whatever You Do” following in early March 2018. Their new album, Orange Whip is expected late March 2018.

• “I'm in love with Honeyfeet” - Benjamin Zephaniah

• “Great” – Jools Holland

• “Remarkable” – The Guardian

Nuala Honan. Close your eyes. Imagine Emmylou Harris, Gillian Welch & Bonnie Raitt’s Australian love child. She’s alone on a massive stage in a cotton print frock and farmer boots, singing self-penned, heart-melt songs – just to you. This will happen.

Binbag Wisdom. Original organic Bristol hip hop. Flitting between darkness and light, heartfelt and flippant, serious and stupid, Binbag wisdom will delight your peepers & ear oles.

DJ Dad. Turning the tables before, between, after & (hopefully) forever.

Sally Reader. Mixed in Doncaster, proofed in Bristol & Brighton and currently baking to perfection in the Forest of Dean, Sally is our poetic hoster & toaster for the evening.

Nice.
