Best known for as vocalist, guitarist, and bassist of alt-rock group Sonic Youth, Kim Gordon has over 50 years in the industry. With a multitude of bands and projects under her belt, Gordon released her first solo album, No Home Record, in 2019.
With her contributions to Sonic Youth, Kim Gordon is considered one of the key influences in grunge music and musical movements of the early 90s. Vocalist, bassist, and visual artist, Gordon had a rare existence in the early punk scene, leading the way for radical feminists in music.
