Villagers are an Irish indie folk band and the musical project of the sole long-term member, Conor J O'Brien who is a singer-songwriter based in Dublin, Ireland. Dublin has a long & legendary tradition of writers, & since Conor O’Brien adopted the name Villagers, the singer-songwriter-producer has joined the club with a rich & diverse body of work. The new Villagers album, That Golden Time, underlines O’Brien’s unwavering commitment to a uniquely nuanced, literate & melodic fusion of folk, pop & rock that has won accolades from peers such as Elvis Costello, Damon Albarn , Guy Garvey & The Nationals. + support: Owen Pallett is one of Canada's most prolific composer and collaborator. 19:00: Doors 19:45: Owen Pallet 21:00: Villagers 23:00: Curfew Please note this is a standing event, accessible seating is available. Last entry: 2 hours before curfew Venue levy: Trinity is introducing a £1 Restoration Levy on every event ticket sold. This income will be used to create a dedicated fund for critical building works that will protect and maintain the Trinity Centre building and grounds.
