What is a better way to start your Val, Gal or Pal -entines then stepping into the Vittoria February 14th and experience the stirring sounds of live jazz at sunset presented by our resident saxophonist Dan Newberry. He'll be bringing along a talented band of masterful players to fill the intimate venue with rhythm, melody and soul for the long awaited return of the Mockingbird Sessions!
Dan Newberry first gained recognition on the UK jazz scene while studying at the Royal welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, quickly earning a reputation as one of the, colleges, brightest rising stars. Now based in Bristol, he has become one of the city's most in demand musicians. As the leader of the trio, Dan has built a reputation for always delivering high-energy performances that will always leave an audience wanting more. Having performed across the Uk, Europe and New York, including at the Iconic Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club, Dan will put on a show not to be missed.
