Conan is a doom metal band from Liverpool, England, founded in 2006 by guitarist/vocalist Jon Davis. Known for their heavily distorted, downtuned "Caveman Battle Doom" sound, they draw on themes from Norse mythology and fantasy. The band has released several albums, toured internationally, and has been with labels like Napalm Records and Heavy Psych Sounds Records.

Chained to the Bottom of the Ocean is a death doom metal band based out of Massachusetts known for extreme volume and unrelenting live shows. Chained has toured the US and Canada both headlining shows and supporting bands including: Sumac, The World is a Beautiful Place, The Acacia Strain, Indian, Undeath, Mizmor, and Soulfly. Their most recent album Sisyphean Cruelty was released in October to critical acclaim; Invisible Oranges described the band "As caustic as they are pessimistic."
