How does it work?
On entrance to MUTE you will be given a pair of wireless headphones, which have a volume control on one side and a switch to choose between the DJ on channel 1 and the DJ on channel 2. This enables you to choose what channel you want to listen to, or of course you could always take your headset off, stand back and marvel at a club full of people dancing and singing along to DJs that only they can hear.
On the night we have 2 channels of music to choose between:
HOUSE / DUBSTEP / POWER BALLADS / DRUM & BASS / POP / ROCK / ELECTRO / HIP-HOP / INDIE / TECHNO / RnB / MINIMAL / 80s / UK FUNKY / MOTOWN / GARAGE / GUILTY PLEASURES / 90s DANCE / GRIME / CHEESE / SOUL / REGGAE and everything in-between!
So, Thekla regulars - this is the chance to bring down your friends who aren't normally into the music that we put on week-in, week-out!
