Shameless: Y2K Anthems
A clubnight held at Thekla on Wednesday 4th February. The event starts at 22:00.
We don’t believe in guilty pleasures. We believe in the 2000s.
Join us this February as we celebrate all things Y2K. Our DJs will be spinning all the biggest throwback hits from the noughties, taking you back to the golden age of pop music. We’ll be throwing in a healthy dose of the biggest and best Christmas bangers from the decade to truly see in the festive season in style.
Step into a time when flip phones were cool, MP3s ruled the music scene and low-rise jeans were a must.

Expect to hear the likes of: Avril Lavigne, Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas, Craig David, Destiny’s Child, Girls Aloud, Jordin Sparks, Justin Timberlake, Kelis, Shakira, Kelly Clarkson, Lady Gaga, Liberty X, Missy Elliott, Natasha Bedingfield, Ne-Yo, Nelly Furtado, Outkast, P!nk, Rihanna, Sean Kingston, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Sugababes, Usher, 50 Cent and more…
