Reflective Writing and Vision Board Workshop at 395

A event held at Club395 on Tuesday 16th January. The event starts at 18:00.

In this week’s creative workshop you will get the chance to learn about the benefits of reflective writing and use journal prompts to help you clear your mind of mental chatter.

We will also be creating a collage vision board to visualise what we would like to achieve in 2024.

Bring along a notebook or journal that you would like to write in. There will also be paper and writing materials available.

Please book your ticket in advance to allow for the preparation of materials.

These weekly sessions are a fun, safe space for beginners to experiment, play and explore creative outlets through painting, collage, printing, journaling, crafts and drawing.

This workshop series aims to give people the opportunity to learn new creative techniques and to allow people to find new modes of creative expression to aid emotional regulation and wellbeing. All abilities are welcome and you don’t need any prior experience.

Please let me know if you have any accessibility requirements and I will try and accommodate as best as I can.
