A clubnight held at To The Moon on Saturday 12th August. The event starts at 19:00pm.
BYOT (Bring Your Own Tracks) is an open-deck format night for DJs to play any genre they choose, in front of other DJs and music lovers. After 2 wonderful, lively and eclectic events at The Hatter, BYOT is moving to a new home: To The Moon in the heart of Old Market.
As before, the idea is simple: DJs sign up before the event, and the names of everybody who signed up are drawn from a hat for set times on the night. There is absolutely no restrictions on genre, all that anybody needs to play is a memory stick with their tracks on. Non-DJs need only bring themselves!
I'll soon br posting a sign-up thread in the comments section of this event page, allowing anybody who is interested to bag themselves a 40 minute set. The sets tend to fill up fast (all 6 slots were filled within the hour last time!), so check the Max's Sentient Jukebox page regularly for clues about when the sign-up sheet will go live.
