A clubnight held at To The Moon on Saturday 7th October. The event starts at 19:00.
BYOT is an open-deck night. For DJs it is an opportunity to play your best finds in front of a crowd of other DJs and music lovers, build your confidence behind the decks, and talk to people who are interested in what you do. There are absolutely no genre-restrictions, so play what you love! For non-DJs its a great way to see the art of DJing and song selection from a bunch of different perspectives.
We're back at To The Moon for more of the atmosphere, friendliness and delicious alcohol that has made the last two events so so sweet!
As always the format is fairly simple, DJs can sgn up for a set on this event page when I post the sign-up thread in the comments.
I'll be posting info about the sign-up on the Max's Sentient Jukebox page, so give it a like or a follow if you're keen.
If you bag yourself a set, bring some tracks on a memory stick to the event. Non-DJs need only bring themselves!
The Gear is a Pioneer XDJ-RX, and will feel very familiar if you've ever used rekordbox supported CDJs. Tracks need to be on a USB stick, FLAC format files are not supported, sorry! Sets are roughly 40 minutes long.
