“Artspace Lifespace is delighted to welcome the Stokes Croft Land Trust (SCLT) and the People's Republic of Stokes Croft (PRSC) to our first artist Residency exhibition at the Vestibules of 2022. The exhibition will explore the vibrant, independent culture that Stokes Croft has become famous for. Bristol, Bath and the wider West of England Area has many examples of bringing community assets into community ownership, from pubs and music venues to Bristol Ferries, a community bookshop and Pier to cinemas, bike workshops, wood recycling and renewable energy installations.”
