The Bristol Festival of Wellbeing is a day long, family-friendly festival in the heart of a beautiful nature reserve, created to help raise vital funds for The Wave Project charity. Proceeds from the festival will give more young people in Bristol struggling with their mental health the opportunity to join their life changing Surf Therapy courses.

Enjoy bookable immersive wellbeing workshops, such as yoga, breathwork, tai chi, sound baths, meditation, fitness, journaling & more.
Throughout the day there will also be live music, discussion panels, creative art activities, sauna & wild swim sessions, nature-based talks & kids activities, as well as delicious food, and local stalls, all designed to boost your wellbeing and celebrate the power of community.

This festival is open to all ages- and has something for everyone.
