Telling Stories Through Flash Fiction: A Creative Writing Workshop at Willway Yard

A event on Thursday 24th September. The event starts at 19:00.

A playful writing workshop for all levels (beginners welcome!) where we’ll be experimenting with found forms in flash fiction. Come along and discover how a hermit crab can transform your writing practice! Using prompts and examples of published flash fiction, you’ll leave with two drafts of your own flash fiction. If you’re looking to pursue your writing career, Kathryn can offer tips and advice on where to submit for publication.

Kathryn Aldridge-Morris is an award-winning writer, mentor and creative writing tutor based in Bristol.  Her work has been published in over seventy anthologies and literary journals, including Aesthetica, The Four Faced Liar, Stanchion Magazine, The Forge, New Flash Fiction Review, and Fractured Lit. Her debut collection of flash fiction Cold Toast was a Republic of Consciousness Prize ‘Book of the Month’ and shortlisted for the International Rubery Book Award.
