A event on Tomorrow. The event starts at 18:00.

Craft/Folks presents…

An invitation to slow down together, connect to our hands, and explore crafting collectively.

For our next Craft/Folks gathering, we’re hosting:

Craft/Club
A monthly meet-up for Bristol’s crafty folk at Wiper and True, Old Market Taproom.

Craft/Club is a relaxed evening where people come together to make, share skills, and enjoy working with their hands alongside others. Bring along your sewing, mending, knitting, collage, drawing, calligraphy or any small creative project you’d like to spend time with.

There’s no formal teaching, just a welcoming space to sit together, work on your craft, exchange ideas, and connect with others who enjoy making.

What to expect:

• A gentle pause in the week to slow down and create
• A relaxed and friendly crafting space
• Time to work on your own project
• Conversation, inspiration, and shared making

Who is it for?

Anyone who enjoys making things with their hands. From curious beginners to experienced makers, everyone is welcome. Whether you come alone or with friends, Craft/Club is a space to connect through creativity.

Limitations?

To keep the space relaxed and easy, we ask that crafts remain small, analogue, and non-messy. For now, we ask folks to avoid paints, glue-heavy projects, or electrical equipment (such as sewing machines).

When:
Wednesday, 8th April, 6–9pm

Where:
Wiper and True, Old Market Taproom
Unit 11, City Business Park, St Jude's, Bristol BS5 0SP

Please bring your own craft project and any materials you’d like to work with.

Tickets:

Early Bird – £8
Standard Ticket – £10
Community Ticket – Pay what you can from £4

Craft/Club is designed to be accessible, and your ticket helps cover the running of this and future Craft/Folks events.

What is Craft/Folks?

Craft/Folks is a Bristol-based craft collective founded by Ana Clark, where people gather to make, learn, and share through craft without pressure, performance, or productivity. Through workshops and gatherings, we create spaces that prioritise process, community, and learning through making.

We’re just getting started, so keep an eye out for future sessions.
