This is a drop-in event full of dance, karate, yoga and meditation! This will run from 7pm to 9pm on 20th January.

This costs £5 for non-members or £2 for members (becoming a member is FREE, just sign up on our website!)

Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression and negative mood by improving self esteem as well as cognitive function!

You won't need any equipment for this event, but recommend taking part on a soft flooring or using an exercise/yoga mat.
