“Grieg's Piano Concerto forms the centre-piece of this varied programme conducted by the Hall Orchestra's assistant conductor, Jamie Phillips, with the young Romanian pianist Alexandra Dariescu. This concert provides a rare opportunity to hear the first movement of Beethoven's 10th Symphony in a reconstruction by Professor Barry Cooper. Jamie's interpretation of Dvo k has been highly praised so it is fitting that the BHCO should play Noon Day Witch a beautiful tone-poem inspired by Czech Folk.”

“Rauschenberg's dark beat driven psych-rock is all about the groove. Rauschenberg formed in 2013. Their forthcoming debut is a lot of fun and a true reflection of the Rauschenberg live experience. In short a psychedelic rock n' roll record you can dance to. There's some shorter one's with a post punk, dream pop or garage feel and then longer space trucking motorik groove things.”
