The Ardagh Community Sauna Presents: Kayla Painter Ambient Owl Core
Step into the warmth of the sauna and let sound and steam carry you into another world. Ardagh Sauna invites you to a very special evening with Bristol-based soundscape artist and music producer Kayla Painter.
Known for her club-shaking productions and hypnotic audio-visual shows, Kayla also brings a delicate sensitivity to field recordings and blissful ambient soundscapes. This one-of-a-kind performance focuses on slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and bathing your senses in sonic textures.
Kayla will be performing an intimate ambient set to accompany your sauna experience — where time dissolves, and you can surrender fully to the atmosphere at your own pace. Expect layers of nature-inspired recordings, shimmering synth landscapes, and the emotive sound world of her newly coined genre: Ambient Owl Core.
There will be two 16 person capacity performances of the show, the first starting at 18:30 and then the second at 20:00.
You will be encouraged to sauna and plunge whilst enjoying the performance to maximise the benefits of healing frequencies combined with hot and cold therapy!
A night for deep listening, stillness, and elemental connection.

This is an outdoor event, so come prepare with warm clothes, blankets and chairs. Think Sauna Sounds (Sofa Sounds meets the sauna!)
