Basement 45 presents... a one-off special night showcasing the debut of our brand new sound system! We know many of you will be sad to see the old Funktion One rig go, but we feel an upgrade is long overdue, to improve both the musical clarity, and sound coverage in the main room! Our resident plate spinner THEO-3 will be playing a ridiculously multi-genre DJ set, spanning 5 hours and putting the new speakers through their paces. Expect genres from all corners of the musical spectrum, including roots and steppas dub, old school breakbeat hardcore sounds, new school 160 rave bizniz, and free party beats from all eras! A limited number of advance tickets are available for free, and if you miss out on those then we'll be selling tickets on the door for a fiver. As always, we are a strictly 18+ venue, so no ID means no entry. We operate a zero tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, prejudice, or unpleasant behaviour of any kind.
