Bristol Running Show at BAWA Leisure Centre, 589 Southmead Rd, Filton, Bristol BS34 7RG
Free entry all day £0

A event on Sunday 16th July. The event starts at 09:00.

The Bristol Running Show brings together walkers, runners, clubs, local and regional businesses to share their knowledge and services with an aspiring public.
This second event will take place at the BAWA Leisure centre in Filton. The venue has two rooms – the Ballroom which we will be using for stands featuring some of the top running clubs in the city along with local and regional businesses supporting the running community such as Physiotherapists, personal trainers and coaches. The Concorde Room will have classes, workshops and talks from invited guests.
There will also be 1 and 5k funruns outside around the perimeter of the playing fields and, should the weather be favourable, there will be warm-up sessions for women and for mixed groups.
The show starts at 9:00 am in the Concorde room with 30 minute Yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions followed by workshops and guest speakers throughout the afternoon culminating in a talk by author Adharanand Finn which will bring the show to a close around 3:30.
