Sharing Kindness through Creativity at Bishopston Library, Gloucester Road
See event details

A event on Wednesday 24th November. The event starts at 19:00.

For those aged 18 - 23

The workshop will help you to explore the world of acting kindly in different parts of your life, and help you to create 'kind art' to pass on to others.

The group will be creating bookmarks and flags with messages of kindness to scatter through the Library and beyond. Add your own doodles or other artistic creations too.

We will also talk about what kindness means to you and share ideas and thoughts about how you can be kinder to yourself, your loved ones and more widely.

You don't need to bring anything with you and NO artistic skills are required, but if you have any you want to include, feel free to bring them along!

Julian Wood is an artist who's project Art of Kindness developed from an artistic expression to himself, and grew over the years. Kindness is needed now more than ever. You can see more on Instagram @theartkindness
