Janky Folk Yard at Boiling Wells Project
See event details

A gig on Wednesday 24th November. The event starts at 19:00.

Hello Y'all!
Janky Folk Yard is a new all acoustic event showcasing 5 Bristol talents and ending with a good ol' jam. For three pounds you will be alternatively uplifted, disturbed and soothed by the sounds of:

Rhian Van Dweller with her soulful bluesy tones to sooth your bones,
Sweet William with his balladic tales of how we win and fail,
Sophie Munger with her spiritual words on the bees and the birds,
Brothers Doom with their wood smoked glorious gloom,
and the Pickin Missies, with banjo playing to get your mango's swayin,
us all and you making some noise together with a jam!

Janky Folk Yard is being held at the most unique venue in Bristol an old air raid shelter nestled in-between caravans and log burners... perfect Wednesday night cider drinking if you ask me.

Doors at 19:00, Music at 19:30.
