John & Dave's Quartet was the first gig we had to cancel due to Covid back in March 2020, so we are really pleased that 'only' 20 months later we are able to welcome this great institution of the Bristol Jazz scene to our new venue. The line-up for tonight is the wonderfully exciting violinist John Pearce, the multi award-winning Dave Newton on piano, the brilliant Will Harris on double bass and a drummer who looks awfully like the bloke who plays in Kasabian, the one and only Ian Matthews.
