KIKI Bristol Presents a screening of 2015 American-comedy drama film directed by Sean Baker and written by Baker and Chris Bergoch. Starring Kitana Kiki Rodriguez, Mya Taylor and James Ransone. The story follows a Transgender sex worker who discovers her boyfriend and pimp has been cheating on her. The film was shot using 3 Iphone 5s!
Come and join us for the screening of this ground-breaking film. After, there will be a comedy set by Bristol comedy group, Quipped- A night Of Jokes, Etc. Bristols first ever female and oppressed gender inclusive comedy open Mic night.
At midnight, we will be marking 30 years of World Aids Day.
The event is supported by Bristol based Aids charity Brigstowe and raising money and awareness of their work.
