This new quartet, originally commissioned by Brighton Alternative Jazz Festival, brings together four of the most committed improvisers currently working in the UK: from Manchester, guitarist David Birchall and drummer Andrew Cheetham; from London and Copenhagen respectively, Hannah Marshall on cello and Julie Kjaer on flute/saxophone.
