Time flies when you are having fun. We find ourselves seven months into 2023 and at our third residency at Bristol's best kept secret Cosies.

Being festival season we like to keep things simple but effective.

We celebrate the birthday of two of our residents and also the Bristol debut of DJ Remedee.

DJ REMEDEE

Hailing from Norwich and also known as the 'Storm from the East' we bring DJ Remedee to Bristol for the first time.

Remedee got into rave music in the early 90's from listening to tapes provided to him by a friend and his love for electronic music has never stopped growing since.
Inspired by attending nights such as Dance Paradise and Eclipse, he knew that he had to put the work in if he wanted to play out.

He went from raving to playing out in the mid-nighties whilst supporting artists such as Kenny Ken and Mickey Finn in a short space of time.
It was clear that he had great presence behind the decks, he has carried this online across several internet radio stations such as Dream FM, Jungletrain and currently holds down a show on Afterdark Radio.

He will be joined by resident DJ Aftershock who will both represent the radio show and bring the absolute heat.

AFTERSHOCK

Aftershock is another DJ who got into rave music through listening to tapes in the early 90s.

The track that captured his attention was entitled Some Justice by Urban Shakedown which then kick-started a life long passion for electronic music.

Over the last thirty years he has collected records to which he has performed at some of the bigger clubs such as Mass in Brixton and Lakota in Bristol.

After years of playing in smaller venues and private functions he decided it was time to try his hand at online radio.

He currently runs AfterDarkRadio and has been doing a weekly show for the last decade to which he showcases the best Drum & Bass, Jungle, Hardcore, Techno and everything in between.

DEEJAY ENDO

This is a name you would recognize if you frequent nightlife in Bristol.

This heavily experienced DJ can cater for any style or idea thrown at him and is the perfect addition to any line up.

We are extremely lucky to have such talent within our residency and the credibility this DJ brings with him is inspirational.

Deejay Endo will be representing OnlyOldSkoolRadio who are another online radio station that have been operating for the last decade.

We are extremely looking forward to having DJs who have held down a regular show online in our presence.

This DJ comes from a deep understanding of the music he projects.

Every track he plays has been carefully selected to keep you on the dancefloor and can often be described as an masterclass of Intelligent Drum & Bass.

This enthusiastic DJ has been an integral part of the growth within Education Sessions and has taken control of the July date to celebrate his birthday with other like minded DJs.

The night will be a progressive display of tracks old and new that have captivated an audience over the last thirty years.
