Bristol Women's Voice is hosting a series of free talks, given by women who have made a real difference to their community.

Professor Kathreena Kurian runs the Brain Tumour Research Centre, University of Bristol. She is a Professor of Neuropathology and Honorary Consultant at Southmead Hospital, North Bristol Trust. Born in London, her dad came to the UK in 1959 from India. She is a proud mum of two daughters.
