“The featured artists from On Purpose have chosen to support the charity FOOD CYCLE, an organisation with a vision to end food poverty, loneliness and food waste by feeding the hungry; giving company to the lonely, and providing delicious meals with food that would otherwise go to waste.”

“Florence Peake is a London-based artist who has been making solo and group performance works intertwined with an extensive visual art practice since 1995. By encouraging chaotic relationships between the body and material, Peake creates radical and outlandish performances, which in turn generate temporary alliances and micro-communities within the audience. Their painting practice comes together with sculpture and performance in a reciprocal nature: engaging in a shared dialogue and creating multiple modes of processing performance.”

“Destiny dreams big. She dreams glamour. She’s gonna be an MTV Base backing dancer, you watch. If J-Lo can make it outta the Bronx then Destiny can make it off the Hill Rise estate in Chippenham. She’s fearless, ferocious and up for the fight (she’s had to be). Born below the breadline, she’s desperate to see beyond the neighbourhood and find hope in hopelessness.”

“After their loud and explosive debut at En Masse Festival, SŌN delve deep into ritual and the lore of the land. Maen Mawr is a tripped-up, slowed-down audiovisual journey down a strange and ancient road.”

“Bristol Life Drawing presents two hour sessions at HOURS space two Friday’s a month.

This is a relaxed event to encourage diversity and creativity. Come join a lovely group of people and enjoy drawing two beautiful models. We will start off the session with a few quick poses to warm up then move onto longer poses that’ll allow you to focus on detail.

Sessions include a fun jazz and r&b playlist along with wine and hot beverages! Basic materials are provided but we encourage you to bring your own. All levels are welcomed!
