An evening talk and demonstration of various home brewing methods to learn, engage and explore the science that is home brewing. This event is an opportunity for those interested in widening their knowledge and understanding of filter coffee. The evening will cover how to buy and store beans as well as processes, methods and variables that factor in to a good cup of coffee at home.

Ticket price includes a bag of coffee and a copy of Coffee: A Modern Field Guide, by Mat North. The evening is hosted by FCP staff.
