We will be harnessing the full moon qualities of Leo, passion and courage, to welcome in Pisces; inviting creativity, sensitivity and empathy into our lives.

This extended session will include ceremonial intention setting, activation and meditation, group breathwork using a specific breathing pattern to meet the wisdom of the body, followed by a held and guided creative arts journey for which all materials will be provided.

Reclaiming, reframing, and rewilding our bodies and minds starts with the breath - the breath is the mycelium that connects all beings, just as the fascia connects the physical body: human and non-human, micro and macro, including the Earth and the Sky themselves. The connection to the breath is the connection to the tiniest atom, as well as to the entire cosmos.
