Cove are your all-femme house-band, opening and closing the night, drawing inspiration from genres including cinematic, ambient, neo-classical, indie-folk, jazz and soul.

We welcome people from all walks of life to join us in an open-stage evening of fully improvised music, paying special attention to curating a nurturing, spatially aware and deeply emotive ambiance. Cove holds space for musicians and anyone bringing poetry or spoken word, and you’ll find an arts and crafts table with new material every month - let your hand move to the music and allow expression to flow in an abstract manner!

Backline is provided for drums, bass, guitar and keys, and we have mics and inputs to accommodate whatever you can throw at us!

We will be asking for voluntary donations on the night to cover costs of sound engineer, arts supplies, and one day maybe even pay ourselves!

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
