Last year we held a bring-a-policy comedy night, asking people to present their terrible ideas for a socialist party programme. But we've seen the error of our ways: the people of Bristol don't need socialism. What they really need is entrepeneurs, bigger small businesses, and a chance for massive investments!

Join us for a night of bad business proposals, and bring along your own if you're feeling inspired.

What investment opportunities can we find in the capitalist hellscape? Can we monetise things that nobody has even considered monetising before? Is there profit to be made in "Splitwise for tracking emotional labour", or "Subscription-based laser eye surgery where they laser your eyes back again if you stop paying"?

If you've got a proposal that you think the investors will love, prepare a ~5 minute presentation (PowerPoint highly encouraged). Let us know in advance by emailing [email protected]. Please email us your slides (or bring them on a memory stick) to make sure you can access them on the night.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
