MICAH ERENBERG - first time in the UK!

Micah Erenberg is a diversely talented multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer from Manitoba. His lyrics are a mosaic of stories, thoughts and reactions from small town, big ideas Canada; the land of few people and vast, flat, lake laden landscape. Erenberg’s music is charming, witty, and authentic. His full disclosure style of writing makes for captivating, poetic and gracefully heartbreaking songs that display an honesty and talent that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

JACK COOKSON

Stylistically influenced by roots music from both sides of the Atlantic, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Jack Cookson combines visceral yet dry wordplay with intricate finger-style guitar arrangements, to create emotionally charged yet honest and memorable songs. He has shared the stage with the legendary likes of Ralph McTell, Louis Berry, Mahalia and Nell Bryden, and in 2016, he was announced as a nominee in the Young Folk Category at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
