A clubnight held at Lakota on Saturday 6th October. The event starts at 22:00.

After Hunee and Peach smashed in the back doors at our previous party with Dimensions Festival, we can’t wait to get back to business at Lakota and we’re bringing another line-up that needs little introduction.

One of the most eminent and distinctive names in Global dance music, Romare holds the rare quality of a totally unique, yet identifiable sound. His music displays a strong resemblance to the work of his namesake, collage artist Romare Bearden. Just like collage he applies a cut and paste approach to his productions. The result is a rich tapestry of international sound, sample laden and with strong blues and afro influences. While his productions have achieved critical acclaim (his debut album ‘Projections’ was voted album of the year by DJ Magazine), his DJ performances are equally interesting, captivating and unpredictable, making him one of the most in demand artists in the world.

Next up is a still secret lady – a recent powerhouse and captivating DJ to boot. Stay tuned.

The Ninja Tune signed O'Flynn pushes a similarly worldly sound, though don’t be deceived into thinking that’s all he’s got. He both plays and produces a vast array of sounds from skeletal techno, through to rampaging house tracks, always underpinned by his passion and penache for sampling world music.

Finally, we welcome Alfresco Disco, who require no introduction within the Bristol party scene. Across the last decade, they have continually thrown legendary, unmissable parties across a range of secret locations including a quarry, a pier, an art gallery and most recently an adventure playground. They create an energetic and free-spirited party atmosphere unlike any other and we can’t wait for them to share their dancefloor dynamite.
