Nubiyan Twist
Nubiyan Twist are a Leeds born, London based musical collective. Orchestrated by guitarist/producer Tom Excell, they create a unique, infectious sound in an eclectic mix of styles, drawing on jazz, hip-hop, afrobeat, latin, soul, reggae and dance music. With a 10 piece live show featuring a 4 piece horn section, 2 vocalists, electronics and an international (Brazil/UK) rhythm section, Nubiyan Twist create a powerful and unforgettable experience.
Snazzback
Snazzback’s performances serve as an experimental soundboard for sonic collaboration, inspired by a collective love of music in all its forms. They sew their intricate arrangements together with a common thread of improvisation, traversing odd-meter landscapes and hypnotic melodies with an infectious looseness. With no two shows ever quite the same, Snazzback are sure to leave you buzzing from the energy and spontaneity that sets them apart from their peers in the UK Jazz revival.
Worm Sound System
After running club nights for 6 years, the Worm Disco Club had a crazy 2019 organising some amazing parties, most notably Glastonbury’s hottest new venue The Wormhole. Carrying that momentum into the digital world, in 2020 the team launched its own label, Worm Discs, showcasing what the jazz world outside of London has to offer and their DJ sets appeared in numerous places including; My Analogue Journal, We Out Here Online, and even Stamp The Wax.
